"Children" Villain Feels "Restless"

No matter how sleazy, sneaky, and freaky Billy Miller was on "All My Children," we just LOVED him as Richie Novak. Too bad the residents of Pine Valley didn't feel the same. Lotsa people wanted to kill the bad boy, but ultimately, his own sister flattened him in a hit and run. Ouch!
The good news? Billy Miller has just joined another SOAPnet show, "The Young and the Restless." Get this: Billy will soon be playing the new Billy Abbott! The character is Jill's son with the late John Abbott, who was last seen at his father's funeral, just before he moved away to Hong Kong.
David Tom -- younger brother of "The Bold and the Beautiful" star Heather Tom -- charmed "Restless" viewers as Billy from 1999 to 2002. After that, two short-lived recasts -- Ryan Brown and Scott Seymour -- came and went. Based on his work in Pine Valley, we're betting Billy Miller will be a big hit in Genoa City.
We all look forward to seeing Billy in some dramatic scenes with the Emmy winning Peter Bergman -- who plays his big brother, Jack Abbott. And we're all buzzing about who he will be paired opposite in love scenes. (Amber's newly single ...)

First of all I thought soaps were written simliar to real life, if that's the case why is it that nobody knows you can't determine the paternity of a child until the baby is born or you do extensive test while the child is in the womb! This storyline is the worst one yet, I'll admit, at first I didn't like Lilly with Cane, because of the age thing, but they kind of grew on me and I like them together he has helped her to grow up some, but the rushed marriage to nutty Chloe is so stupid, people don't get married because of kids too much now a days I just think they took this too far with the marriage thing!

I am thrilled Billy is coming to Y&R. I loved him on AMC and was sad to see him go. Honestly I was thinking Billy Abbot would turn out to be the father of Chloe's baby, since Cane's DNA was in the matching group and they are half brothers. Wouldn't Chloe be shocked to see him walk into the reception Jill's throwing!

GRET POINT about Billy--and that is just the kind of thing Y & R would do--remember the jill/Katherine thing, when everyone found out they were mother/daughter? Too wild! Lily/Cane, yeah, they are the real deal, and if Billy is Daddy, that would explain a lot--except how anyone could sleep with that bow-wow, Chloe. Must have never looked at her face LOL:-) Don't feel bad, I accidentally hit the "Report Comment" button on myself! LOL:-)

Chloe knew she was knocked up before she bagged Cane - remember the scene where she was complaining about after taking 9 pregnancy tests you'd think one of them would say negative? She had that test still in the car glove box when she followed Cane to tell Lily what happened. As for the DNA test - the dude said it can definitely say he's not the father, but it won't say he definitely is. They'd have to run another DNA test on him, Chloe & the baby once it's born for a definite yes/no. Wish they'd have Cane, Lily or hell even Jill smart enough to know that! It's a possibility Billy's the dad - she was doing booty calls till she "slept with Cane". Who knows who she was with - but some coincidence Billy's returning now? I think Cane & Lily belong together, but what do I know of writing for a soap? LOL

I agree with ahgander2000 below. Chloe was having morning sickness long before she seduced Cane. There was even a scene with her talking on the phone to someone she dumped by telling him she was going to claim someone else as the father. I think she hired someone to pose as an employee from a DNA clinic Then the phony result was put together and sent to Cane. DNA results would say "yes, he is the father" or "No, he is not the father." Let's get real. Choloe is a STALKER of the major kind!!!! It's going to be fun watching this maniac!!! Y&R can come up with the best storylines. KUDOS!!!!

First of all, Cane and Lily are soul mates and have the real kind of love for each other that we are all looking for. You should keep them together as a couple just like Victoria and JT. Chole is a and a horrible actress. I just want to slap her every time I see her. As for Billy Miller, I think he will be good as Billy. Victor and Nikki are one of those couples that have so much history together that it's hard to see them with different partners. The writers will probably put them back together once again. I really liked Sabrina. I wish they would have kept her on the show longer. Amber and Daniel should get back together. They really do love each other. Daniel's just being stubborn, and with Coleen throwing herself at him it hardly gives him time to think about Amber. I feel sorry for her. I loved the wedding between Kevin and Jana. They seem to have finally made it to the alter after their horrific past. I am happy for them.

Why can't you guys just let Lillie and Cane be together? He didn't sleep with Chloe. If anyone was watching she was having symptoms of being pregnant long before she moved out of the house with Lillie and her brother. Why am I the only one who noticed this? I hope that Billy is the baby daddy.
