It's All "Greek" to Thomas Calabro

Dr. Mancini has gone to Congress. Thomas Calabro, who spent most of the '90s playing doc Michael on "Melrose Place," will turn up on the May 5 episode of "Greek" as Rebecca's (Dilshad Vadsaria) dad, Senator Logan.

In the episode, called "47 Hours and 11 Minutes," the moms and dads come to campus for parents' weekend. No surprise Rebecca isn't keen on her senator pop meeting her party-boy BF, Cappie (Scott Michael Foster). But when she learns that dear ol' dad has kept a secret from her, Rebecca's rebellious side spitefully kicks in.

Elsewhere at Cyprus-Rhodes, Rusty (Jacob Zachar) worries that his folks (Ann Cusack, Jerry Lambert) will find out he belongs to the not-so-studious Kappa Tau Gamma fraternity, so he dumps them on sis Casey (Spencer Grammer). But she finds a way to get back at him. Also, Dale (Clark Duke) lets his parents (Connie Ray, Tom McGowan) crash in his dorm room, but soon realizes that may have been a mistake.

"Greek" is still shooting new episodes leading up to the June 9 finale. So, it's possible that Thomas will show up again before the end of the season, said an ABC Family rep: "He was cast with that in mind, and we'd love to have him back."
