Fringe Factor

We've seen it shimmying on 1920s-style dresses and hanging, Wild West-style, off of suede vests and purses. Come this fall, ladies in the know are taking a cue from flappers and cowboys alike, sporting fringe-trimmed shoes, dresses, and even purses. (Remember Victoria Beckham's giant black fringed Prada bag from last season?) Fringe is a fluid trim and an easy (and sexy!) trend to wear.
