So you're shaking your head. How can Emmy winners be known when the ceremony isn't until Friday night (at 8pm ET/PT on ABC, with red carpet coverage on SOAPnet.com -- we're shameless but we don't hide it)? The Creative Arts Emmys were held on Friday, June 13. Jason Voorhies hosted! Whatever, we wish.

While the primetime broadcast honors most of the on-air talent in daytime television, the Creative Arts ceremony awards those who work behind the scenes and in technical categories. As in, without these people there would be no shows. No talk shows, no game shows, no soaps. So, basically, we owe these people our lives! If our fave TV shows weren't on, it wouldn't be a pretty sight here at SOAPnet.com. Trust.

Outstanding Make-up for a Drama Series: "As The World Turns."
Outstanding Costume Design for a Drama Series: "One Life to Live."
Outstanding Music Direction for a Drama Series: "Guiding Light."
Outstanding Directing for a Talk Show: "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
Outstanding Art Direction for a Drama Series: "As The World Turns" and "The Young and the Restless."
Outstanding Hairstyling for a Drama Series: "Days of Our Lives."
