Another Girl to Gossip About

Now it's "Gossip Girl"'s turn for their own Mrs. Robinson. "Viva Laughlin" actress Madchen Amick is joining the cast of the CW drama next season as Catherine Mason, an older woman who joins the parade of ladies looking to grab Nate Archibald's attention.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Catherine will be there from the September 1 premiere, jockeying for position near Nate's side with previous paramours Blair, Jenny, and Vanessa. Who can blame them -- he's only played by Teen Choice hottie nominee Chace Crawford. And his dad answers to the name "The Captain" -- talk about upper crust!
