This year's Teen Choice award nominations have been announced, and it's your chance -- if you're aged 13 to 19, that is -- to vote for your favorites! "Lost" has received four nominations including one for Choice TV Show: Action Adventure, where it'll face off against "Heroes," "Prison Break," "Smallville," and "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles."

Not only are Jack and Sawyer battling each other for Kate's heart, but they'll be fighting for yours as well. Matthew Fox and Josh Holloway are both nominated for Choice TV Actor: Action Adventure, and Evangeline Lilly is nominated in Choice TV Actress: Action Adventure.

The teen-fest, hosted by "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus, will air on August 4.
