What a great year for "As the World Turns"! They nabbed a bunch of Daytime Emmy Award acting nominations, including Maura West (Carly) for Outstanding Lead Actress, Trent Dawson (Henry) for Supporting Actor, Kelley Menighan Hensley for Supporting Actress, Van Hansis (Luke) and Jesse Sofer (ex-Will) for Younger Actor, and Jennifer Landon (ex-Gwen) for Younger Actress.

Jennifer was the big winner for the show, picking up her third Emmy trophy in three years. How cool is that? We were lucky enough to catch up with the still-glowing actress backstage -- check out our interview with Jen right here . Doesn't she look gorgeous in her gown?

Speaking of Emmy fashion ... there were plenty of stunners on the red carpet this year. Check out this gallery of stars decked out in striking black and white, like the lovely and talented Ewa da Cruz (Vienna).
