"Lost," ABC's hit island drama, took home four trophies at last night's Saturn Awards. The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror gave the cool, complicated series UFO statues in several top categories.
Matthew Fox was recognized as Best Actor, for his depiction of heroic, hot, and sometimes troubled Dr. Jack Shepherd. Michael Emerson received a nod for Best Supporting Actor for playing Benjamin Linus (a.k.a. Henry Gale -- allusion intended), the usually creepy, ever complicated, and always engaging island inhabitant.
Additionally, Elizabeth Mitchell was honored as Best Supporting Actress -- an honor she shared with "Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles" star Summer Glau -- for her role as Dr. Juliet Burke, fertility specialist, toothpick artist, and Jack's occasional love interest. The show's executive producers, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, received their own accolades when "Lost" was awarded Best Network Show.
Former "Lost" writer Drew Goddard's film "Cloverfield" was also honored as the Best Science Fiction Film.
It was a big night for the "Lost" boys (and girl)!
What other awards would you like to see "Lost" win?
