If you tuned in to "Guiding Light" yesterday, you probably noticed two things. First, that Blake (Elizabeth Keifer) and Ross's (formerly Jerry Ver Dorn) daughter, Clarissa, is FINALLY back in action after a very long, unexplained absence. And secondly, that Clarissa looks a whole lot different than the last time we saw her ... because the role is now being played by actress Naelee Rae.
For her young age, Naelee already has tons of experience in theater, film, and television. She's performed on stage at the Apollo, in the pilot episode of "Drift" (with Marcia Gay Harden), and on the big screen in "The Notorious Betty Page" (with Gretchen Mol) and "Loverboy" (with Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick). Pretty awesome, right?
Look for Naelee's new Clarissa to share some juicy scenes with her hot-to-trot lit agent mom Blake, and her scheming corporate shark auntie Dinah (Gina Tognoni), in the coming weeks. These two have been such drama queens lately -- maybe some quality time with this sweet young girl will inspire both of them to make some changes for the better. Fingers crossed!
Which younger characters would you like to see more of?

The last I can remember about Ross and Blake, is that they had twins. Where's the boy? Also, Dinah's father is Ross, so that would make her and Clarissa sisters. Some of us who have been watching for a while know that.
