Christian in Paris

Christian Siriano has a new project -- and this one's for the big screen. Last season's "Project Runway" champ is designing a special couture collection for the Hollywood movie version of Kay Thompson's classic 1950s children's book, "Eloise in Paris." But Christian's clothes aren't destined for the characters -- they're strictly for the catwalk.

A sequence of the movie is set among the couture shows of Paris Fashion Week, where Eloise (played by Australian newcomer Jordana Beatty) and Nanny (Uma Thurman) are attending a show by their fashion designer friend, Andre la Frenais. Except, of course, the designs will really be the work of Siriano.

We're excited to see that Christian has his sights set on Hollywood, and we can't wait to see what promises to be the chic-est kids' flick since the Care Bears movie.
