The gloriously divine Tina Lord (Andrea Evans) has a partner in crime in her scam playing the Crown Princess of Mendorra: Cain Rogan (Christopher Cousins), a.k.a. the Crown Prince. For long-term "OLTL" watchers, he's a familiar face (or name, as disguises are the guy's forte), but for those who don't know about -- or remember -- him, here's a quick catch-up.
In 1991, Cain came to Llanview disguised as British writer Hudson King. He tried to use Tina to write a tell-all on Asa Buchanan. She and hubs Cord exposed him. So Cain came back, disguised as German director Heinrich Keiser, and tried to get his hands on Asa's fortune. Viki (Erika Slezak) and Clint exposed him. THEN he came back disguised as traveling actor Humberto Calderson (seriously). Yep, soon after exposed.
Seriously, he was like the villains from Scooby Doo, and the Llanview-ites were those dang kids. And how did he fool them so much? Either his disguises were REALLY good, or the people in Llanview were drinking the stupid juice for awhile.
Eventually, Tina -- who thought her beloved Cord was dead -- got together with Cain. Cord turned out to not be dead after all (he was just held in a Middle Eastern prison, natch) and decided he wanted Tina back. He found out Cain was still married to his old partner-in-con, Angela. He brought Angela to town to interrupt Tina and Cain's wedding with the news.
Angela only proved a distraction for a while, as Tina and Cain did marry and left town. They split up off camera, and Tina returned in 1994 looking like Krista Terseau.
