Grams McConaughey's In on the Joke

We're not the only ones laughing about Matthew McConaughey's shirtless surfer-dude persona. Recently re-grandma'd Kay McConaughey spoke to E! about two-day-old Levi Alves and made it clear: Movie-star and new dad or not, her son is fair game.

"You know [Levi's] not going to be wearing a lot of clothes," Kay joked. So she's telling friends to tone down their baby gifts. "Just get him flip-flops and a bathing suit."

When asked if she thinks Matt's planning for more little miracles, Kay said, "Oh, he just loves children. Can't you just see it? Matthew with his surfboard walking the beach, and a gang of kids following him with their surfboards saying, 'We're coming, Papa!'"

As for her grandson's name, she's confident it'll ward off the bullies. "It's so strong. Just say it: Levi McConaughey. That's no wimpy name."

And then the 54-year-old resident of Texas yelled "Yee-haw!" and fired her six shooters into the air.

... Or not.

Are we the only ones who just heart this family? No? Maybe this one'll win you over. Kay told E!, "Matthew is over the moon. And he is so proud of Camila. I think it's excellent that men are allowed in the room when women give birth. He loves Camila, but now he really sees how strong she is."

See? They can even pull off sincere.
