Christopher Gorham, who plays Betty's nerdy-cute crush Henry on "Ugly Betty," is leaving the show. That's right -- Chris is leaving Mode for midseason's "Harper's Island," where he'll play ... a character named Henry (naturally). He'll star alongside Irish actress Elaine Cassidy in the serialized horror drama for CBS.
What does this mean for Betty? The sophomore season culminated with Betty making her choice between Henry and Gio (Freddy Rodriguez), but viewers were left hanging about her pick. Freddy has a number of features lined up and is not expected to return for more than one episode, so it's anyone's guess what'll happen when "Ugly Betty" comes back this fall.
Either way, Henry and Gio's imminent departures don't mean Betty is going to be sitting home with Papi on Saturday nights for too long. Rumor has it musician/actor Val Emmich has joined the cast as Jesse -- a potential love interest for our favorite assistant.

If Betty has a choice, she should pick Gio! Henry, NOT!!!! It's not because he nerdy, Gio is more romantic. Betty needs this.
