Maxie & Spinelli Did It!?

There is a reason for the exclamation point and question mark in the headline. Because we're confused AND shocked. We heart Maxie and Spinelli (Kirsten Storms and Bradford Anderson) -- hardcore. But we're not sure how we feel after Maxie and Spinelli hit the sheets (or couch) on yesterday's "General Hospital."
On one hand, we screamed "At last!" These two are perhaps our favorite non-couple on "GH." Spinelli's earnest devotion and propensity to wear his heart on his sleeve for "Maximista" is just the cutest. With Spinelli, Maxie has grown into a three-dimensional, complicated woman, rather than the satanic witch from Hell that she was for a while there. But we kind of love that about her. Whatevs. Anyway, they are just tops.
But ... Part of us is scared of what this means for the future. Will they be as tight as they were? And we're a little mad at Maxie. She must be blind not to see that Spinelli's been head over heels for her for months. Dontcha think? At the same time, we've noticed that people in Port Charles kind of believe what they want to believe.
Regardless, things are gonna get a LOT more dramatic, we can tell you that much. And really, if they didn't sleep together, that would have kept all that drama totes static. So we guess it's a good thing.
Enough about us. We want to know what YOU think. What say you of Maxie and Spinelli knockin' boots?

MAXIE AND SPINELLI ROCK TOGETHER WHETHER THEY KNOW IT OR NOT. I THINK THAT THE COMBINATION OF SAFE AND BIZAREE ARE GREAT TOGETHER.....I DO AGREE AND THINK THAT SPINELLI NEEDS TO BE ALLOWED TO GROW UP AND SAY WHAT HE MEANS AND MEAN WHAT HE SAYS

I have loved these two together since day one!!! I have been waiting for Maxie to see what's been in front of her all along, a sweet caring intelligent man who loves her no matter what! And I used to despise Maxie. Like you said, Spinelli turned her into a character we can care about. I'm sad that she broke his heart so soon after, but love the drama! Spinelli needs to find the courage to maker her BELIEVE that his love is true and that she can trust it... and in herself! She has had such a tragic love life. Her boyfriends either die or become drug addicts. She is probably terrified to let anything happen to Spinelli, so she's trying to keep them as friends. I say be FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS!!! LOL!

OMG once I saw that Spinelli and Maxie slept together on the Friday before it aired the rest of the weekend and Monday went so slow I could not believe that they would do that and I think that Maxie IS blind not to see that Spinelli has true feelings for her and that she just cant keep interrupting him when he talked about the night the did "It" or she just wants to cut it off about it

I love Spinelli and Maxie! I love each character individually and together they keep me coming back for more. I'm glad they slept together because it showed that two friends CAN become lovers. In recent years, the message from General Hospital has been that this can't be. Spinelli and Maxie are great friends, have great romantic chemistry, are fun, adventurous and together they are a dynamic duo. What made their love scene so good for me was the history and journey we've seen them go through to get to that point. And you genuinely feel the two characters care about one another. These two unlikely characters have truly brought out the best in one another. And they kiss like there is no tomorrow! Romance on GH? You bet!

omg omg omg i loved it, that kiss was breathtaking maxie was all into it to. yeah right her best friend nah she has feeling for him. i like the whole espisode with them right up to the kiss and then they made love. bradford and kristen have so much natural chemistry on sceen. these two duo are supercouple material. i want to see maxie feeling for spin come out because i know she has them. so hopefuly gh will put these two together as a romantic couple, they will never get boring. team spinmaxie tina
