Congratulations Ingo!

So we want to give a really big congrats to "General Hospital" star Ingo Rademacher (Jax), who just became a proud papa. His son's name? Peanut Kai Rademacher.
Born on July 11, Peanut's mother is Ingo's fiancee, Ehiku (another exotic moniker!). Ingo explained the unusual name choice to People magazine: "We were calling him that when he was in mommy. It kind of represented joy and happiness to us. It puts a smile on everyone's face."
While people may be buzzing about the name, we're more amazed that Ehiku had a home birth. That's hardcore! Mom and baby are healthy, and we want to wish much happiness to the entire family.
How hot would it have been if Carly came into the middle of the home birth and started to get really jealous? OK, that mixes reality and fiction -- but we just love when Carly storms into places ...

Congrats on the baby, but still the oddest name I have heard is that of Jason Lee from "My Name Is Earl". His son in real life's name is Pilot Inspector. I mean really??? I agree Peanut is a great nickname, but can you really go through life with that name and be taken seriously???

Congratulations! He'll always be your little "peanut", but he should grow up to be a man one day. Call him "peanut" as a nickname for as long as he's OK with it, but give him a name to identify with as a person at any age...12, 18, 36, 84. Just a thought.

I'm sorry Ingo but I am presently pregnent and I and some friends have been calling my baby Lumpy. Doesn't mean I am going to name her that! But I guess you need to follow that crazy celeb tradition with nameing your children after food. Congrats to you all the same.

Ingo & Ehiku, Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful son! Children are life's precious gift! Everything they do is amazing and it is a joy to see everything "for the first time" through their eyes. Take it all in (& get lots of pictures & video) because they do grow fast! Take it from this Mother of 2 grade school age kids! Ingo, I have also been a long time fan of you and your character on General Hospital. You are very talented and a pleasure to watch.
