Blake Meets the Parents

We kinda love Blake Lively and Penn Badgely as a couple. They're both super-cute, are enjoying serious career success on their show "Gossip Girl," and their surnames either are or sound like adverbs. So it makes us happy to see that the least-secret secret relationship evsies is now entirely out of the bag.

Hmm. What to do with their newfound couply freedom? We know! Hit the town ... with Mom? People reports that Blake accompanied Penn and Lynne Badgley, along with Penn's godmother Jan Sneed, to an event Wednesday night for the launch of the women's jewelry line, Badgley/Sneed.

Sweet son Penn told People, "[The jewelry line] is something that [Mom's] passionate about. Anything that I can support her in, I will." He then put his money where his mouth is, carrying a tote bag filled with his mother's designs throughout the event.

Mom told the mag she and Penn are "very close," which makes the distance between them tough. Los Angeles resident Lynne lamented, "He's been living in New York. I see him so little now. I look for excuses to come into New York so I can visit him so this is perfect!"
