Bid on Brit's TV Wardrobe!

Would you buy a dress worn by Britney Spears? You'll get your chance soon, thanks to the pop princess's guest appearance on sitcom "How I Met Your Mother." At least six items from her wardrobe on the show will be auctioned off to benefit environmental group the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Among the items on the block will be a navy print dress by Juicy Couture, a yellow Nanette Lepore dress, and a cream Nanette Lepore cardigan decorated with blue flowers. Check out all the offerings here. The online auction will begin right after the episode airs tonight on CBS, and it'll last a week. Brit plays a flirty receptionist (presumably a receptionist with a trust fund, given her taste for designer duds) who falls for the show's main character.
Could this mean that Cute Britney is back and Sad Britney is gone for good? Not long ago, it seemed like she could use some charity herself -- and now she's saving the planet. Plus, she's finally making headlines for what she IS wearing, rather than what she isn't. Bad news for paparazzi, great news for fashionistas.
