Chace and Carrie Call It Quits

Tongues are wagging all over the blogosphere today about Carrie Underwood confirming that she and super-smokin' Chace Crawford of "Gossip Girl" are done with each other. The fourth-season "American Idol" winner and "Before He Cheats" crooner confirmed on the radio this morning that she and Chace didn't make it. Uh-oh -- look out for your car, Chace.

But maybe the relationship fell apart for the same reasons so many others do -- work stress. "Gossip Girl" is back in production now, and Chace is working his pretty butt off in NYC. And Carrie has a jet-set lifestyle that doesn't leave much room for sitting on the Upper East Side eating Pinkberry and sipping skinny chai lattes.

But what's this about JC Chasez? All sorts of gossip reports have the pair spending a LOT of time together -- and that includes whispers in the corners that Chace and new bestie JC (of 'NSYNC fame) are more than just buddies.
