Richie Sambora Busted for DUI

Move over, Paris, Lindsay, Mel, and Kiefer -- make room for the latest member of the celebrity DUI club. Bon Jovi axe slinger Richie Sambora was pulled over Tuesday night in Laguna Beach, California, for driving his black Hummer erratically. Police arrested the rocker after he failed sobriety tests. Looks like the ex-BF of soon-to-be reality star Denise Richards -- and former hubby of Heather Locklear -- may have fallen off the wagon again, after two rehab stints last year.

"I was just drinking too much, and I needed to get my life together," Richie said during a June 2007 "Today Show" appearance. "I'm still in therapy ... but it's good. I'm great. I feel fine." So much for that.

Granted, Richie's had it tough, what with his divorce from Heather, breakup with Denise, and the death of his father from lung cancer. But driving under the influence is never good. Recent DUI club inductees like Vivica Fox, Shemar Moore, Kirsten Storms, and particularly Kiefer -- who was sentenced to 48 days in jail -- would no doubt agree.

Richie will be on the road again -- thankfully, not driving -- when Bon Jovi launches a spring tour March 31 in Denver with dates through May 1, before making a summer run through Europe. In between he's got another date, with a judge: He's due in court on May 7.
