Like Brother, Like Sister, Like Adoptive Sister.

What's up with Colby (Brianne Moncrief) lately on AMC? Have you noticed how she's drinking an awful lot lately? I mean, the girl is basically sustaining herself on spiked soda with rum. And what's with those pink cups she always uses? Actually, we think they're kind of cute.
Anyway, it's not like she doesn't have a reason to hit the sauce. She believes that she, along with Cassandra (Yaya DaCosta) and Dre (Sterling Sulieman) ran over Richie (Billy Miller). She's feeling extra guilt with double hot fudge because Dre and Cass were driving her drunk butt home from her birthday party. In other words, Colby, it's ALL YOUR FAULT!
But Colby is walking down a very dangerous path. All three of her older siblings, JR, Hayley, and Skye (Jacob Young, Kelly Ripa, and Robin Christopher) have battled alcohol problems. And Skye's not even biologically related to her! But we love when they mention Skye, don't you? Anyway, JR tried to kill his own wife (and put Kendall in a coma) while drunk, so we'd hate to see what an out-of-control Colby is capable of.
What would you think of a teen alcoholism story with Colby?

Yes, a teen alcoholism is necessary with Colby (she's doing well in the role may I add). Some of audience may have it going on right underneath their noses and need to pay attention. Teen drinking has been a problem for a long time. Majority of kids killed on the road has a lot to do with underaged drinking. As far as inherited alcholism from Adam--it doesn't matter if it runs in the family or not because the man KEEPS IT IN HIS HOUSE! It's called easy access.

It's not just an alcoholism storyline with Colby. it's also the fact that ALL of Adam's children seem to drink. Erica has an addiction problem yet none of her children do. This story is going to be interesting just to see how it will be handled. The only other thing that I would like to comment on is Annie. I wish the truth would come out and she be sent away for life. I have found her to be very annoying and if Ryan should ever find out the truth about the baby she should watch out (then again Ryan can sometimes be a little clueless).

I don't want to see the kids in trouble for something that Annie did. I'm not likeing her very much these days.

This story is ridiculous, Alcoholism is inherited, Sky is adopted, Hayley's mother was the alcoholic and neither Adam or Dixie were alcoholic's and Liza was not an alcoholic, so trying to do a story saying because they are brother and sisters colby is an alcoholic is dumb.
