A Martinez joins "One Life to Live"!

A Martinez is joining "One Life to Live." Plain and simple, this is awesome.
A (whose real name is Adolph; whatevs -- having a letter as your first name is cooler) is probably best known, and most fondly remembered, for his role as Cruz Castillo on "Santa Barbara." He played the role from 1984 to 1992. OMG -- remember Cruz and Eden (Marcy Walker)? Their chemistry was unbelievable, and they both had really great, really big hair. It was the '80s, after all.
A also appeared as a regular on "L.A. Law" from 1990 to '94, then on "General Hospital" from 1999 to 2002 (playing Roy DiLucca, Bobbie's squeeze). But WE love him best for his role as Meryl Streep's boy toy in "She-Devil" ("Gar-see-ya!"), which is one of the greatest films of all time.
So who will A play (hey, we're poets!)? His character's name is Ray Montez, Langston's (Brittany Underwood) uncle. He'll start airing on September 10 and will completely shake up the Cramers', Buchanans', and Mannings' lives. Actually, he shakes up EVERYONE'S lives. But that's a really good thing in our book.

Oh what a thrill to see A Martinez on OLTL...I have always enjoyed anything he has played on.I have a feeling he might start off evil but he won't always be evil.....not like some of the regulars....Todd is # 1 and Tess is # 2 and Old Dorian isn't far behind.Welcome A !!!!!!!!!!!

I think he'll be a nice addition to OLTL. Maybe they can spice things up and he and Tess will hook up, evil doers. I'll be glad to see Langston out of Dorians family of vilans anyway.

I can't wait to see A Martinez in the new LMN movie "Little Girl Lost" August 17th at 8pm. I think he plays the lead detective in the case to find a missing child.

I totally remeber him! I think OLTL did a smart move. Another spanish man that is mysteries and sexy will be great. Cannot wait to see what he does with DORIAN.

Can't wait to see A back on daytime. He was so great in Santa Barbara. He should get the chief of police job since Bo doesn't want it anymore, and the evil Ramsey finally met his maker. I hope somehow Dorian falls for him and he runs her over. I also think they need someone else to play Starr. This child and her nostrils drive me crazy. The only time you can tell she's changing her mood is by flaring her nostrils. Since Adriana left town let's let Rex and GiGi finally be happy. I want Tess to get caught. She has no conscience about literally killing her mother (even if it was only temporary) I'm already sick of the fake foreign country Mendorra. Talia should kill Jonas (she IS a cop) and take the rest of the Llanview people home. (Is Sara really dead)? Come on Viki, you've done enough stuff to people and they forgave you. You know he love you and the fact that you won't forgive him is cruel. Can't wait for A. Oh yeah, let's let Marty's memory come back so she can kick Todd down the stairs. He is vile.
