Zach Roerig to "Friday Night Lights"
Woe to the man tasked with making us forget the pain he may cause Landry Clarke. That man is "As the World Turns" actor Zach Roerig.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Zach, 23, has been cast on "Friday Night Lights" as rodeo star Cash, who rides into Dillon and steals Tyra's heart. As in Landry's Tyra. The girl he won over and wooed, against all odds, to the delight of fans the world over.
Yeah, we might be a little prejudiced against this character.
Then again, we're sure the "Friday Night Lights" writers will find some way to make Cash such an interesting and well-developed character that we'll love him anyways. Jerks.
