Cuz we're totally addicted to "Grey's Anatomy" -- the sexy, seriously fun drama about a group of med-school grads grinding their way through surgical internships at Seattle Grace Hospital. And we're not the only ones: This show has been in the Top 10 since its 2005 debut. Sure, we get a jolt from the life-and-death emergencies that promising surgeon Meredith Grey (the show's narrator) and her cohorts deal with every day. But this gang spends more time in the bedroom than the operating room -- and that's where the real thrills lie. Hey, who can blame them when they're all so gorgeous, not to mention surrounded by hotties like Dr. Derek Shepherd (they don't call him "McDreamy" for nothing) and Dr. Mark "McSteamy" Sloan?

But it's not all about half-naked romps and hospital hookups. Honest. "Grey's Anatomy" keeps us tuning in for its compelling characters and endless rounds of relationship roulette, not to mention crazy patients in crazy situations (like the couple who get locked together in a VERY intimate position). Some people actually complain that this show's not realistic, but hey -- who needs reality when you're getting this kind of action?
