"Gossip Girl" on "30 Rock"
Is anyone else kind of FOBBATNSO30R ("Freaked Out Beyond Belief At the New Season of 30 Rock")?
First there was news that Jennifer Aniston would be appearing, then yesterday's news of a possible Oprah appearance, which ... fine, awesome. A much bigger issue is why they're not using more African-American girls." (Er, since we're being politically correct, shouldn't that be "women"?). Simon has a point, though. Of the 1,584 models that walked the runways during Fashion Week last February, only 94 were black. That's a pretty un-fabulous statistic.
However, we think it's a little early to be all doom and gloom about this go 'round. Dominican rising star Arlenis, just named as the new face of Lancome, was strutting the runway in this ...Full Article
